一、 Functional Characteristics

1.The main structure is made of 18# steel and 125HW steel.；

2."The 5ply line is delivered in two sections, separately delivering the corrugated

paper produced by single facer to triple pre-heater.

3.The path for corrugated paper is covered by 20mm composite boards of fireproof which

replace the traditional design of tiles. It improves the safety for operator, reduces the resistance

for paper delivery, reduces the phenomenon of paper break, and reduces the vibration due to

board’s sound absorbing function.
